The Raw Rewards Trail

We wanted to let you know that we have made the decision to end The Raw Rewards Trail.
 
This change comes after listening carefully to your feedback. Many of you told us you’d prefer to enjoy regular promotions over a loyalty scheme, so we’re making this shift to better reflect what our customers want.
 
As part of this transition, Trail Tokens will no longer be earned. However, you can still use the Trail Tokens you have already collected to redeem rewards until the 31st May 2026.
Please note that all Trail Tokens and rewards must be redeemed by 31st May 2026, after which any unused rewards and Trail Tokens will be removed.
