At Balanced Being Veterinary Surgery we have always recommended well formulated raw food feeding as the ultimate nutrition for dogs and cats but have been very aware that the time and expertise that was needed and the variable quality of the raw pet food products that were previously commercially available prevented many people from choosing that option for their animals. Now at last feeding excellent quality well formulated raw food has been made accessible to everyone and takes no more time than opening a tin. I also have a personal testament to the quality of the food as I have a German Shepherd Dog who despite all my recommendations to my clients had completely refused to eat raw food and had always been a difficult dog to feed with a very sensitive bowel – that is until now. Like the majority of the dogs who are now on Natural Instinct my dog is now ready for his food, cleans it up with relish and has perfect stool. We are definitely seeing healthier animals and marked improvement in many chronic skin and bowel disease cases when their diet is changed from high cereal/carbohydrate based foods to Natural Instinct.

Dear David and everyone at Natural Instinct Thank you!! From everyone's hearts, intestines and bottoms! We are 3 cats ranging in age from 4 months old to nearly 2 years.  The older of us is a Sphynx and one of us (Finvarra - black Sphynx) has food allergies and an incredibly sensitive digestion. In his nearly two years of life (so far) he's never produced a solid faeces. As his owner I'd tried every possible sensitive/hypoallergenic/gastric food going. Some he was horribly allergic to and others his system tolerated a little better. Ludo (ginger Sphynx) was producing so much grease and oil that he was needing a bath every 2 - 3 days,  and his faeces were acrid smelling - burning everyone's eyes and nasal passages and it was a bit embarrassing when visitors came over. We all know having indoor cats means having a smell every now and then - but one that lasted an eternity was too much! Mab (Snowshoe) was on dried kitten food - having never had any wet food in her life - she is issue free, but as she is going to be a breeding Queen when she's old enough I wanted a high quality food that was suitable for everyone in the household to eat. Just over a week ago I changed from various dried food to Natural Instinct. In this time both Sphynx have working digestive systems that are producing more or less smell free solid faeces, and the Snowshoe kitten is flourishing on her raw diet taking to it instantly with no persuasion necessary. Ludo hasn't had a bath since and although he's looking a bit grubby it's a much longer period in just a week!! I intend to wean all my subsequent kittens on to Natural Instinct and hope their new owners continue to provide them with food that clearly benefits them.  I attach a picture of all three snuggling together in a post meal time bliss.

Thank you so much for all your help and advice; finally we have sorted out our doberman's tummy, after six months of stress and and lots of bags of the complete kibble!!!! The Natural Instinct food is fantastic and we will most definately not be changing, we are so pleased we have put our litter of 9 labradors onto the "puppy food" and that too is brilliant, I can't recommend it enough. Thank you to all the team at Natural Instinct for their help!!!!

My 10 yr old Staff X Finn has been on the ‘raw diet’ for about 4 years now and I was so delighted when I came across ‘Natural Instinct’. All the hard work of preparing meals is gone and I am assured of the all important ‘right balance’ between meat & bone!   Finn looks fabulous and keeps trim. Since switching to raw food he has never again suffered from any diahorroea, or vomiting despite being a bit of a scavenger. His coat is soft and glossy and there’s no ‘doggy smell’ about him!   I would not hesitate to recommend feeding the raw diet and Natural Instinct means I don’t have to worry about combining the right ingredients.   Best wishes

Red is a Fell Terrier who had a big operation due to being left on prescription dog food too long.  It had shut his system down so much that he was retching and bloating due to the food not being digested.  He too was put on antacids for the retching which made him worse as he had no way then of breaking the food down.  The food had to be manually taken out of his stomach and it was still solid as if someone had placed it there only minutes before.  It was at this point we looked at raw food and found you!   So, Red is here eating one of your small Lamb Necks!  Guess what, he too had crystals in his urine and frequent urine infections and the crystals disappeared and have never returned on your food, he has had no problem post op and no retching!  He is 9 years old, his coat changed from dull to glossy, his fur grew longer, he looked like a small waisted fit little dog instead of the dumpy bloated dog who we thought had a weight problem, a complaint that was on his tail disappeared and he is in fantastic health. Best wishes,
Amanda Connor

This is my gorgeous smooth Saluki cross 'Archie' who we have had for 6 months. He is a rescue dog who has a difficult past and as a consequence expresses fear and aggression towards other dogs. I got a Behaviourist on board to help who recommended Natural Instinct to help holistically with his issues. I was recommended the Working Chicken due to his breed and extra vit C content to help with his stress. He has been on it for for the last few months and I am thrilled with results. His coat is glossy and a lot thicker, his eyes are bright and as a sight hound his muscles are so much more defined. He is also a lot calmer. He loves eating it and although he still is the first one around if there is food going ;), he generally seems much more satisfied after his meals. It feels totally the right thing to raw feed, I would not feed our special boy on anything else now. Thank you Natural Instinct!! Best Wishes,
Rachel Kelly

I thought I would send you a photo of our little gang enjoying the summer sun on the lounger - all fed on Natural Instinct. We tried the food initially for Alfie Crybbe our affenpinscher (far right) who was the fussiest of eaters and he took to it so well that we decided to try it with our other dogs. Since then our canine family has expanded to include Aoife another affenpinscher (far left) and Caoimhe and Magic (2 mini schnauzer sisters side by side). Kaska our golden oldie is second from the left. He is enjoying Natural Instinct Senior food; the puppies love the Country Banquet puppy food and Alfie and Magic enjoy the adult dog Chicken and the Chicken and Lamb. We have been really pleased with the quality of the food - the prompt delivery and the special offers!

I have just fed Murphy the second half of his food and again he has cleared his dish. We are so happy! We have tried raw beef, raw chicken, several dog foods dry and wet with no luck and have taken him to vets for 3 check ups as he just would not eat. We're now very impressed. I have just sent my second order to you, my wife and myself could not be happier, like a weight has been lifted now he is eating. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Chris Morton, and I have a small family of West Highland White Terriers whom I show and breed. My Stud dog, 2 year old Dude was not eating well, would not touch biscuit of any kind, and we had tried without success most other foods on the market. Then at one of the shows I approached the Natural Instinct stand. After a long chat I went away with some samples. A success story followed - Dude began to eat, gain weight and his coat improved vastly. I could now begin to think of showing him. He spent 2010 in Ireland being shown and came home with 4 Green Stars, plus a Group win. He is now back home for a time and has sired two lovely pups, who needless to say will be starting life on Natural Instinct.

Hi Natural Instinct - Just wanted to say thank you for helping me find a food that my little Papillion Molly will eat, I used to worry so much about her, I think I tried every tin and dried food on the market. She woofed down the first bowl of Natural Instinct I gave her, and I wouldn't feed her anything else now. She is actually putting on weight. Also my 5 month old Great Dane X has always had very loose stools, now her stools are perfect, her coat is so shiney, Its so easy to feed, I know she is getting all she needs from it. My cocker Daisy who was always passing wind and burping rather smelly burps, was my last dog I changed to Natural Instinct. Only after 2 weeks her burps are much fewer, and not so smelly. All my 4 dogs love this raw food, the bones really go down well. Daisy's teeth are really white now, all the tartar has gone. I have 4 cats as well and will be trying their cat food soon. Thanks

My dogs love Natural Instinct.. cant say they have a favourite as they have tried almost the full range and finish the lot each time. The Turkey backs are really something special and I give them still semi frozen to all 8 of them.. even the 7mth old pups. The quality of the products are exceptional and customer service and delivery very efficiant. Feeding quality BARF to my dogs if of upmost importance when you have dogs that work. In our case Siberian Huskys and Alaskan Malamutes. There are never upset tummies and what comes out the other end is just how it should be (without going into to much detail!) and of course there's less of it as opposed to dry food which expands and produces alot more waste. I would recommend Natural Instinct everytime for people who want to get into feeding naturally and Natural Instinct make it easy for them to do so.

I am writing to let you know that before finding natural instinct for my Siberian Husky, we used to have major problems with her eating habits. She is very small for her breed anyway and she used to hardly eat any of the dog food I gave her. I tried every dog food brand you could possibly think of but she was never happy, she looked so skinny and I’m sure people used to think we were neglecting her! When she got old enough she started hunting anything and everything everyday when she went on her walks. She used to hunt, kill and eat small animals like rabbits, squirrels, voles, birds etc but since being fed on natural instinct she has been a completely different dog and has stopped all hunting. She’s much happier in herself as this is the ONLY food that gives her what she needs! It’s what they would eat in the wild so therefore the best food you can give your pet/s. I cannot rate this dog food enough. Her coat has also improved loads it is now lovely and soft and very shiny!

I have been feeding Natural Instinct to my French Bulldog, Bruce, for about three months now with excellent results from day one. He suffers from food intolerances, and for the first few months I had him, anything I fed him would upset his stomach. We tried multiple foods before trying Natural Instinct, including all of the supposedly 'hypoallergenic' ones and others recommended by the vet, but always ended up with the same result - constant diarrhoea. In the end he was dehydrated, had a dull coat, flaky skin, and was losing weight when he really should have been growing. I put him on Natural Instinct following a recommendation by a friend and haven't looked back since - his skin is no longer flaky, his coat is shiny and glossy, and he is a really happy and energetic dog. Where he was losing weight before, he has now put on just over 4kg and is continuing to grow! He looks forward to mealtimes and his visits to the garden are now like clockwork, straight after each meal, and the bonus is they are always easy to pick up... Many thanks to all at Natural Instinct - I just wish I'd discovered you sooner!

I am Monty, and as you can see from my photo, I am rather magnificent. You may therefore be surprised to learn that last year I was very wan and withdrawn, with a low white blood cell count. Mum found out about the benefits of feeding me raw food and I responded immediately. At first she bought meat from the supermarket and cut it up herself but it was a bit of a performance, and as I pointed out to her, what I really needed was a complete raw cat food. Now she buys me delicious beef and chicken raw cat food from Natural Instinct which is fantastic! It comes in convenient plastic boxes and the delivery service is excellent. My brother Winnie and I make so much fuss when Mum is dishing it up that she has to put us in another room! Then we clear our bowls in 2 seconds flat and can’t wait for our next meal. I have to say Winnie is looking extremely well on it too, although not as handsome as me. Obviously.

Just wanted to offer feedback as I was unsure whether your raw diet would suit my old dog Tim. He's 14 and just been diagnosed with poor functioning liver and kidneys, so I felt that a diet change was imperative. He has a dried food specially developed to help detox the liver and be gentle on both the liver and kidneys, but he needed some wet food to go with it. I saw a friend's dog whilst walking after I'd found your site on the internet and she said she was using a raw diet for her dog who looked transformed from the last time I'd seen him (another old dog!). Came straight home and ordered from you! Tim is REALLY pleased and no longer vomiting and I am totally pleased as I feel I may stand a better chance of a longer friendship with our adored dog! From now on and for all future dogs this will be my food of choice and I have already recommended you to another lady and her dog! THANK YOU! Best wishes,
Philippa

Hey guys, popped by your shop this weekend, as we decided to get our French Bulldog (Gunnar) with chronic colitis on a trial of raw diet before turning back to the vets 'sponsored' diets. Have to say we were really impressed with the level of hygiene at the facility. We were prepared for the transition to take a few days, but were SO pleased to say that it worked out right away! After just 2 feedings (1 day), I'm embarrassed to be so proud that Gunnar had his first fully solid evacuation EVER. He's never been a fussy eater, but now he licks the bowl clean, and is appears to be much more satisfied after his meal, despite eating less. So glad to have found you,
Paul

I have been feeding Flynn Natural Instinct from Nov, 2010, after looking on Jackie Ellis' Zejak website and seeing that she was feeding her RRs on it. I thought I would give it a go, having lost a Ridgeback to Gastric Torsion and at the back of my mind thought that dried food could be a factor. I must say that Flynn is a changed dog. He has lost 8kgs and now looks really fit. It seemed that the dried food bloated him out and made him look more 'chunkier'. He has also got more energy and runs and plays more. Also before I changed his diet, he would lie down and when he got up would limp for a while, like he had a dead leg. He has not done that at all now after changing his diet. I am really pleased. I now have a much happier dog!

I have only praise for Natural Instinct food. I have an extremely fussy whippet puppy and like anyone with this situation, have literally tried anything to get them to eat. It starts to take over your life and becomes a real worry. All my dogs, including the puppy, have been on Natural Instinct now for 3 weeks, they love it!! With the puppy, the bowl of lamb goes down and comes up empty. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a food that all the dogs like, knowing also that they are getting optimum nutrition. Anyone sceptical about raw food, give it a go, you won't look back, ordering and storing the trays is also very easy.

As promised, attached is a photo of my French Bulldogs, George aged 5, and Roxy almost 2. George's allergies are nicely under control at the moment and he is not on medication - I put most of that down to the Natural Instinct turkey diet that he is on. When I re-homed George he also suffered terrible colitis, we tried a number of different foods that promised fine and holistic ingredients, but none were tolerated for more than a few months, he has now been on Natural Instinct for a year with no problems. When I re-homed Roxy, she had lost all her hair on her neck and sides, I changed her to Natural Instinct straight away and almost all her fur has grown back, she's put on weight and is so shiny and happy, a changed dog! They are a credit to your company! Thanks for all your help on the phone too whenever I have called with questions.

I would never have believed how much Natural Instinct would change my life and the life of my dogs. Bella, a Siberian Husky crossed with an Irish Setter, has been a difficult eater since I got her as a puppy five and a half years ago. She has suffered with a lot of gut problems and was never a very happy eater. All this has changed overnight with your food. She is such a happy dog now and loves life and everyone!! Megan, a rescue greyhound of approximately two years of age , is equally happy with her change of diet and I am delighted not to have to put up with her rather heavily scented wind issues!! Again, this changed overnight. I now have two very happy and healthy dogs who are probably wondering why it took me so long to feed them exactly what they wanted!

My pup 'Bewley' a 14 week old Cocker Spaniel absolutely loves Natural Instinct. He's currently on your chicken puppy food and has the occasional dried liver treats. He loves both so much. I was so worried about what to give my beautiful boy as after trying the expensive dried food he was just not interested in eating at meal-times. I tried everything else available and despair crept in! I searched the internet and thank goodness I came across your product - I haven't looked back and Bewley is healthy, happy and cleans his bowl every mealtime. What else can I say - I am so pleased - also your customer service is excellent - thoroughly recommended!!

We have had Lily our Cocker Spaniel puppy for 3 months. Initially she would not eat anything we gave her and we were getting increasingly worried. We were told about the Natural Instinct food by our dog groomer and Lily has now been on this diet for 2mths. We no longer have problems with her eating, in fact she is putting on approx 1kg every 3 wks and loves her food. The speedy delivery and dietry advice are fantastic!

My name is Hachi and I've just discovered Natural Instinct dog food. I'm only 17 weeks old and was eating a good quality fish branded food but my human mummy wants only the very best for me as so many people say that Shar Pei's can have lots of health problems. Well.....I LOVE IT !! The food is delicious and I love the bones and treats too. Mum loves it because it is the such good quality and it all comes pre-packed and saves all that preparation work for my meals. She doesn't have to wash my bowl either because I lick it clean !! I don't want to chew anything either......fingers, furniture, curtains......just my delicious neck bones. Anyway, I must dash.....It's lunchtime !

I’m a seven month old bull terrier and I love Natural Instinct!! I had to write and think you for all your help and advice and for your great food. Natural Instinct was recommended to my mum by a friend a couple of months ago and we’ve never looked back. I had an intolerance to all types of dried food and was back and forth to the vets in the first couple of months I lived here, my mum didn’t want me to be constantly on medication and tried every diet she could think of. I was also developing rashes occasionally for no apparent reason. So we tried you guys. It was the best decision ever. I love the food, and can’t believe my luck when I get a bone as a meal replacement – it keeps me occupied for ages! I’m happy and healthy, the rashes have gone and my tummy has settled. At my six month check up at the vets a couple of weeks ago I was told I’m thriving, an absolute picture of health and thanks to the bones my teeth are amazing. Here’s a picture of me after I won the local dog show for being best puppy (of course!) I still steal my mum’s shoes though whenever I get a chance……… Thank you

We have been using your working mix for our Tibetan Mum to be from the day we knew we would mate her. She has produced the best ever litter for us of super glossy puppies. Mum was always an itchy dog but she has improved in condition 100 %. Mum dropped one of your lamb rib sections into the puppies at 4 and a half weeks old and they jumped on it gumming it with vigour. The day after I introduced your puppy food to them, previously I had given them puppy mash. I have to say (and all breeders will understand this - and smile a bit too) they have fabulous glossy coats and no runny tummies. Well done guys and thank you for making this feeding breakthrough.

Thank Goodness our Mummy discovered Natural Instinct! Gone are the days of us pawing at the kibble. Honestly what was mummy thinking? Kibble? For us meat eating dogs? Our belly's, tails and ears all dropped in unison as the bag that rattled was produced twice a day! We tried to tell her and thankfully our persistence paid off! Meal times are yummy now and it's all thanks to Natural Instinct: not only does it taste great but we feel great too! Our coats are shiny and our teeth are clean. We wait every morning patiently for our bowls to be filled and then we lick them clean. We have recommended Natural Instinct to ALL our doggy pals. Lots of licks n woofs,
Elmo (Bolognese) and Rosie & Lottie (Coton de Tulears).

My 7 year old Yorkshire terrier Ozzy has been a sickly boy since a pup, he has suffered from eczema, ear infections, and tummy problems for most of his life. His struggle with calcium build up on his joints coupled with being overweight was making for a very poorly dog. We had tried different changes in diets with no luck. My daughter suggested a BARF diet. I bought a brand of raw meat and mixed my own veg into it and his symptoms improved slightly. I found your website and after a great chat with a lovely lady she recommended Natural Instinct Senior, she said she feeds her lab with it and he's back to being like a puppy again! Well she is going to say that isn't she? I had nothing to lose so ordered a pack. All went well, he ate it all up no problems and carried on doing so right through the next two weeks. He didn't even mind that it was all the same flavour!!! First thing I noticed is that he was happily sat on my husbands pillow looking very pleased with himself, then I found him sat on the sofa... these were places he used to love to sit but was unable to jump up to on his own. Two weeks, that's all it had taken to notice a difference, he no longer needs coaxing to go for a walk, he used to limp back and be out of breath, he's lost weight and is enjoying his walks again. It’s been 8 weeks now and there is no sign of eczema, his ears are clear and no tummy problems. Thank you so much... its like you've sold me miracle food! I'm now awaiting my second order, you're the best!

I would like to thank you once again for your fantastic product. Bonnie is now so eager for her food at meal times, and positively cleans her dish every time, searching for any missed morsel! She is a changed dog - no more scratching, no more biting paws, no more turning her nose up at her food bowl - and decent poos!! I have today recommended your food to another member of the Welsh Terrier forum who has a problem with her Welsh Terrier's diet, and I shall continue to sing your praises to as many as I can. It is truly unbelievable the difference in Bonnie since she started to eat Natural Instinct.

We moved our black lab Kiwi onto your food to try to help with her allergies. The improvement within a couple of weeks was so marked that the three Jack Russells and the old black lab were swiftly moved across to Natural Instinct too. Some of the things she is allergic to include maize/corn, beef, cow's milk and storage mite. She also suffers from melassezia (yeast infection) which can, in part, be caused by grain based foods. By moving to Natural Instinct we have been able to confidently remove these allergens from her diet. Our new black lab pup is being fed Natural Instinct and I have been very interested to see how she grows on it - this being the first time I will have fed raw food to a pup. Our vets' first words when we went for a 16 week booster last Saturday were 'Isn't she growing well' - I guess that says it all! My parents are so impressed that they are making room in their freezer before ordering their first delivery for their two dogs!

My four dogs have been on your complete food for three weeks now and I have just placed my second order - what can I say apart from fantastic!!!! My miniature Yorkie has lost his excess weight and my youngest Shar Pei who suffers from ear infections as had no problems since I started feeding them your product, when it's time for dinner they all go absolutely crazy and I never seen them enjoy eating anything so much. They definately have far more energy and they don't poo as much and when they do it's far easier to deal with. Thank you so much!

My white boxer Holly has always suffered with a lot of allergic reactions and various tummy / urinetroubles. I can't thank Natural Instinct enough for how they have improved both our lives. This is the first year we have not had to go to the vets for a steroid jab due to her reactions. Her tummy is more settled and as a result has stopped eating grass to make herself sick. Since being on Natural Instinct Holly has certainly become more settled and chilled in herself and not so aggressive towards other dogs. I can’t recommend these guys enough and they really know their stuff when it comes to nutrition for your dog. Thank you!

Thanks to Natural Instinct, I have now finally found a food that Bo my Brittany Spaniel/Weimeranercross can eat without having an upset tummy. It hasdone wonders for his coat too, as you can see he looks a picture of health in this photo. Ican not singyour praises enough to anyone who will listen, and I particularly recommend it to anyone who's dog hasdietary intolerances.

Please see attached a photo of "Blue", who is our Whippet/Lurcher, we think he's about 3yrs old. He was rehomed to us last September after being abandonned and found by friends of ours. He has such a lovely nature, but due to being recently attacked by a couple of Jack russells in separate instances, he had started getting quite aggressive with some dogs. After putting him on your great food, which we have now had him on for about 3/4 weeks now, he is so much calmer and hasn't been aggressive for a good week now which is fantastic!! Thank you so much for all your help, I don't feel like we have a Dog asbo anymore and people are starting to mix with us again in the meadow!! Many thanks again and looking forward to our order!

Doxie and Desie the Dachshunds have recently started on their new raw food (which they pronounce... Raaaaawwwfooooodsroooffffs). We are delighted with the Natural Instinct product and they love it. In a few weeks they have become shiney, slinky and smiley examples of their former selves. I am really impressed with the help and advice and the speedy service. The product is very good quality and looks and smells fresh. Our daxi dogs live an active life in the country and have long walks so they need to be healthy. Since they have been having it we can see the effects.

My Labrador girl "Mocca" LOVES her raw food and she has eaten it since she was 5 months old. Now she is 1 year and looks fantastic, with a nice coat and she is full of energy. She has no health problems at all and her vet is very pleased. Her recent blood test shows that she is in perfect condition and I am sure that this must be to do with the food. So, Thank you!

Our miniature smooth dacshund Oscar has been on the natural instinct diet since early April and we are amazed at the improvement in the horrible rash he was getting on his underbody. Also his anal glands are so much better, at times they were almost impacted, but this last time they were done there was very little in them. He loves all the varieties, and as a special treat he occasionally has one of the hide strips which he demolishes in no time. His body is much sleeker and he runs like a greyhound even though he's now six years old. Thank goodness my daughter put me onto the food ! It also works out very economical as I cut each pouch into four sections and put three back into the freezer, just taking each portion out as required . kind regards
Rita, Three Mile Cross

I have been using Natural Instinct for my 2 miniature dachshunds since April 2010. They adore this food, and everyone comments on what superb condition they are in . Dachsies are prone to weight gain, which is very bad for their backs. At their recent annual health check the vet said how nice it was to see dachshunds in such good lean proportion, and how shiny their coats are. It has been a revelation putting them on to the raw diet, and I have been most impressed with the online ordering service and advice you have offered. I mention this food to every dog owner I know now.

I have been a raw feeder for 10 years and recently moved to Scotland from Canada with my 3 Golden Retrievers. I found your product almost immediately and my dogs have been eating it since shortly after our arrival in October 2009. It is a wonderful product, and all of my dogs are doing extremely well on it. We recently added a puppy to our pack, and he is being raised a Natural Instinct dog too. Recently, our old boy Stirling won Best Senior Paws at the Scottish SPCA Canine Carnival. People couldn’t believe he is 11 years old. Of course, I tell everyone it is because of the quality of his diet, and pass on the word about Natural Instinct to anyone who will listen.

I would just like to say on behalf of my Maltese puppies thank you so much for such wonderful breakfast, lunch & dinners. My puppies have been on your delicious food for two weeks & they eat it with extreme gusto. I use to feed them a "complete" puppy kibble & found that they would pick at it all day & drink alot of water plus there would be food left in the bowl the following day. As for they number two's, the smell & the lack of solidity was foul, but after only two weeks of being on your puppy food they drink less water & toilet training is so much easier, they use the garden now & overnight there are hardly any number two's - it's brilliant! I was also very happy to learn today that my male Maltese Kaiden has put on weight. He is only a wee thing aged 8 months & he use to look malnourished and tear staining was a major issue. I was so desperate I was using a product that contains a horrible antibiotic that I would sprinkle on their food which was not helping & was very expensive & could only be obtained from the USA. I have now noticed that his eyes do not water as much so now the tear staining has reduced considerably & I truly believe that this is due to his change in diet. Enclosed with this email is a photograph of how they look just two weeks in on Natural Instinct (puppy) & I will keep you all up to date on how they are progressing especially with regards to the tear staining. Thank you all so much
Sophia, London

Just a note to say that I love your products, my dog is thriving and looks great! Most importantly I feed her it frozen in lumps so on her 'non-bone' days she still spends about 30 minutes chewing her supper. At only 11 months old and a Miniature Bull Terrier to boot, she never chews things around the house, as her chewing needs are fully satisfied. Well done. Best Wishes

My 2 year old Goldendoodle bitch, Baba, had a litter of 13 strong healthy puppies. It was her first litter, and she did them so well. After two weeks the puppies were still strong but Baba suddenly lost a huge amount of weight. She lost her appeite and I was trying to feed her anything that she wouldn't turn her nose up at. Her stools were loose and I was very worried for her. I put the pups on food very early to help her, and in the mean time a friend recommended Natural instinct. I rang the company and spoke to an extremely helpful adviser. Two days later I had my first order of Barf. Baba wolfed it down and within two days you could notice her weight gain, and within two weeks she was back to her pre pregnancy weight. Her stools were completely normal again, and she is now a very happy dog and all her puppies are very happy too.I would recommend Natural instinct to anyone.

I have just ordered my second batch of your food. My boys both love it and it's so easy to feed – even my parents can manage it when they get left in charge of the boys. Like most owners I only want my boys to live and full and active life, and diet is key to this. I was always unsure about converting to a raw diet because of the bones part and I was struggling to find a source of raw meaty bones. But your food solves all of my worries and needs – its great the boys constantly pester me as soon as I get a packet out of the freezer now! They both have far more energy and Hovis is a lot more up for his agility! Thank you.

I have fed my Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever "Sonny" on dry food since he was a puppy. He was over-weight and had anal glad problems, but since feeding Natural Instinct, he is losing the excess weight, his coat has improved, and anal glad problems are a thing of the past. He is also calmer and easier to show - recent successes include 1st Good Citizen Dog at Crufts 2010, Best of Breed AV Gundog at the Birmingham Gundog and Terrier show 2009, 1st AV PG Dog at the Coventry Gundog show in March, and Reserve Best of Breed in the Birmingham Gundog and Terrier show 2010. Natural Instinct is a wonderful food and I will feed any future dogs I have on it!

As promised we have attached a photo of "Woody" TREVARGH THE ENTERTAINER AT BRIZEWOOD who took Best of Breed (his 23rd) and Gundog Group 4 at the recent Birmingham National Dog Show 2010. He is fed on Natural Instinct, of course, and the difference in his coat and condition is amazing!

Just like to say have been feeding BARF for 20 + years but have found it so much easier to use your packs already done for me. All my dogs love it and are blooming on the food, they do not lose their coats completely and come back into coat very quickly. Here are pictures of two of my dogs, Izzy who not only only started her career as top Mittel puppy but has gone on to win top bitch for the last 3 years, and is the breed record holder, and Chandler, who has also been top dog several years running, and won BIS at the German Spitz Championship Show last November, he was also short listed at Crufts, the first Mittel ever to have done it. I strongly believe that if a dog is fed right it will show it on the outside too.

My 6 year old Irish Setter Tallulah was suffering from borborygmi (gurgling and acidic stomach) every morning. She was in a great deal of pain. This was primarily caused by malabsorption. She was fed a packaged raw diet, but this started passing through her undigested. Her urine was also very acidic and she started developing struvite crystals. She was not a good advertisement to our vet for raw feeding! Since changing to Natural Instinct, she gets up in the morning, bright and ready for the day. There are no signs (nor sounds) of her being in pain. Her stools are now nice and firm, her urinary Ph is now within a healthy range, and her coat is looking absolutely magnificent. When it comes to raw feeding, it isn't the fact that you are giving your dog raw food which is important, it is the quality of that raw food which makes the difference. Natural Instinct obviously gives Tallulah precisely what she needs for a healthy and active life, and she has now started enjoying herself and doing well in the agility ring again.

Here are my two beautiful dogs, Murphy ( black terrier cross) and my old girl, Bella (Staffordshire Bull Terrier). We have had Murphy from a puppy, and he is now three years old. We have only recently adopted Bella. She is ten years old, and had been overlooked in rescue kennels for nine long months. When we decided to offer her a home, we knew she had major health issues - she has multiple malignant tumours and arthritis. She is almost completely deaf, and her eyesight is not very good. We did not want this lovely soul to spend what time she has left in rescue kennels, so we brought her home and decided to do our very best for her. I cannot recommend your company highly enough for your excellent products and fast, efficient delivery service. My order arrived the next day, securely packaged and still completely frozen. The pouches are very clean, making it easy and convenient to store and the resealable bags mean there is no waste and no odour. The meat itself is fresh and excellent quality. My dogs absolutely adore it, and their bowls are licked clean every time (and checked once or twice, just to make sure they didn't miss a bit!!) The meaty bones are especially welcome, as I had difficulty getting what I wanted from our local buthchers. Murphy used to have a bit of a sensitive tummy, but we have had no problems at all since feeding him your products. Both my dogs look in tip-top condition, healthy, bright eyed and shiny coats. It is dear Bella where the improvement has been most noticeable.Even though she is an older lady, she is still full of joy and life , and although we don't know how long she will be here with us and we cannot cure her illness, since feeding her on Natural Instinct there has been a definite improvement in her general health and overall condition.I feel confident we are doing the very best for both our dogs by feeding them your foods. I would encourage anyone to try your brilliant products and see for themselves the obvious benefits to their dogs. You won't be disappointed. Many, many thanks for everything.

I have a beautiful German Shepherd bitch called Tia, and she has just turned 2 years old. I had bought her as a 14 week old pup and had been given a bag of dried food for working dogs when I purchased her. I noticed over the new few weeks that her stools were very loose and she would regularly be sick and she just didn't seem to put on weight. On my vets advice and after numerous tests I changed her diet to a special food for very sensitive stomachs, this initially had a positive effect but she then became dis-interested in food and began to not eat at all. Then one day last April I was surfing the net looking for some advice on how to feed a dog a more natural diet in the hope that it would entice Tia to eat. I came across your website and thought that anything was worth a try and rang you up. I was so happy that it was possible to send the food to N.Ireland and placed my order. The first time I fed Tia with your product she never lifted her head out of her bowl, the following days she was so eager to see me coming with the silver pouch that she would run round in circles with excitement. One year on and I have a very happy and healthy dog. We have just been for our yearly check up and vacination with the vet and they were amazed at the shine of her coat, the health of her teeth and her overall condition. I have to admit that initially when I told my vet about your product they were very sceptical and were concerned that Tia would not get all the required vitamins and minerals and being a little concerned myself I agreed that before I started the food we would get Tias blood checked and then at the 6 month interval and again at the 1 year interval. I am very pleased to report that the vet said he has never seen such a balanced set of bloods come back. Thank you again for such a wonderful product.

I have been feeding my Belgian Shepherd Terveuren bitch, Roxy, your food for some time and she is really doing well on it. I got a border/beardie puppy, Dylan, last October and gave him your puppy food for a while. He loved it and he soon progressed on to the same diet as Roxy. They are both well with super coats and no upset tummies. Their poos are a doddle to pick up and there is less of them. It is so easy to feed them a good natural diet without worrying whether you have included enough nutrients, etc. I am enclosing a picture of Dylan, now 7 months old. I have two healthy happy dogs who love meal times!! They also have a raw chicken wing each for breakfast every day. Thanks Natural Instinct for providing an efficient friendly service with excellent delivery times.
Wendy, Cornwall

Both my dogs, Polly and Rufus, really love Natural Instinct raw food and one of them is very very fussy and not bothered if he eats at all, but he even looks for more of this food when he has finished! I am so pleased to have found a top quality food that he will eat and I know by feeding them this balanced raw food I am giving them the best of health. This is the best of the best! I appreciate that you offer a free range chicken one as well, because I care. In just a few weeks of using the food the dogs look great. Also the service is brilliant - delivery, packaging and customer service. Thank you so much for everything!
Victoria, Andover

I just wanted to update you on what our guys think of their new food...basically they love it! The lamb heads were a full day's food allowance...a real weekend treat. Our girl munched hers in about half an hour, whilst our boy (not quite as DIY with his paws) took over an hour. All that was left was jawbone pieces containing teeth! As for the food itself- Maple and Harvey love it! It looks great; chunky bits of meat and organ rather than an indescribable mush. The food bowls rattle off the stands as they try to lick of the last, little, bit! The parcel arrived promptly and really well packed, making my life of transferring to the freezer in the garage a real breeze! The packet design makes easy storage of frozen and part used packs. No more dripping blood everywhere that resulted in us getting a “dogs only” fridge! One packet does both our dobes for one meal with a bit left over, depending on weight/exercise levels, and there are no open packet smells to tempt them either when defrosting. Many thanks!

I have successfully bred Italian Greyhounds for many years and have always paid great attention to their diet. Now with Natural Instinct it is so easy. The dogs all love it. My last litter of puppies were weaned onto it and were the easiest ever. From the 13 year old right down to the 6 month old they are gleaming with health and vitality. I cannot praise your food too highly! The photo is of Champion Rilloby Gentle Persuasion with one of her puppies.

If your dog has medical or food related problems try this! I have two young great danes, Tabitha aged one and Eddie who is ten months. Since bringing Eddie home last summer he has had allergies and continuous diarrhoea. The vet gave us steroids and antibiotics but it didn't sit well with me having my puppy on strong medication, although we were trying to help him I knew that it was going to harm him in other ways. He is now free from medication since starting the Natural Instinct diet. His allergies have disappeared completely. Now on to the other problem... I have tried the majority (ALL) of the complete kibbles available from the most expensive (that's what we started them on) to the cheapest. I also tried the mixer/meat diet. None of these worked for either dog. Tabitha was always soft and it went straight through Eddie every time. I knew by now from trying so many products that they were intolerant to something in the biscuit foods. It made sense to try them on raw meat, after all it works for wild animals. Within two days both dogs were passing solid waste. I am so pleased to have found something that works for them and consequently me! It has changed my life, I no longer have the dreaded morning fudge run. Instead of six cow pats per day each they go once in the morning and once in the evening - good for them and great for me! Both dogs sit and drool eagerly before each meal. Actually, so does the cat who loves it too. I must add that I have had excellent customer service and I have recommended Natural Instinct to everyone I know who has a dog.
Roslyn, Scotland

I just wanted to say how much Teddy the Affenpinscher is enjoying his latest batch of food. He is a year old and hasn't always been the best of eaters. These days he actually licks the plate clean - not something I thought he would ever do. Plus, I did wonder whether, at a waspish 5 kilos or such, he is your smallest customer?
Val (and Ted)

I have been competing in dog agility for over ten years now, so it is important to me that my dogs are in optimum health and physically and mentally fit. I have been feeding my dogs a raw diet since they were young. Luckily, I have never had any health issues with either of them. When I found Natural Instinct's raw diet I thought I would give it a try. I can’t claim super improvements in my dogs' health because they are basically getting the same food as I have fed for years, but its just made a whole lot easier for me. Another bonus is my dogs love it! It is very convenient and is absolutely great for stuffing into giant Kong toys. I can fit a whole meal in the large Kong and let them take ten or fifteen minutes to clean the Kong out. It's also great for people that feed raw and are worried about bones, this way the dogs get the nutrients the body needs without it being essential to top it up with bones - although mine would be most upset if I deprived them of their bones! Thank you Natural Instinct.
Lee Windeatt, Kent

Being a typical labrador, my 11 year old rescue dog Peggy is like a dustbin and will eat anything (and she has done!). So when my friend recommended me to Natural Instinct Dog Food I knew that she would eat it... however it is the change in her health and physical appearance that has really pleased me. Her coat became sleek and shiny within a week of me giving her the food and a lot of her grey has disappeared. Her eyes which are showing the first signs of cataracts became bright and have a renewed twinkle to them and everyone is saying how well and much younger she looks. Before she used to gobble up her dried food without chewing it, but now she will lick the fresh meat at a slower rate and I am sure this is much better for her digestive system as well as being nutritionally far superior - and as a lot of people have already pointed out, there is far less waste. Well done Natural Instinct! I shall spread the word across the Midlands!! (p.s apologies for the photo - she is very camera shy!)
Rachel, North Warwickshire

Hello, I just wanted to write and say how wonderful your puppy food is. We had Zeb at 8 weeks old and he came with recomendations for a supermarket kibble. I immediately changed him from this after finding out that there was more nutrition in the packaging than the food, and then changed him to a superior kibble. I thought all was well, until that is the wind took over. Having a deep chested dog I was aware that wind was a factor so we put up with it for 4 weeks until I could not cope any longer, our lovely pup was banished to the other room. Then someone recommended your food and I was sceptical at first, but having tried the puppy packs I was amazed! No farts!!! My boy is now 8 months old and is moving onto the other Natural Instinct meats for a bit of variety, but I just wanted to say a huge thank you for providing the barf diet in such a convienient way, I dont have to worry about mixing foods or making sure he has all the vitamins he needs, its all done for you. And as you can see from his photo's, he is the happiest, shiniest healthiest pup I know!

Dear all at Natural Instinct, Just wanted to let you know how glad I am that I use your puppy food. Humphrey came to me from the breeder on a dry food which he raved about but I didn’t like the idea of this and looking into the ingredients found it was not such good quality as I had initially thought. Humphrey ate it but didn’t really seem to enjoy his food and had major wind issues! He could clear a room! I continued to research and found Natural Instinct. The chap I spoke to on the phone had loads of time to talk to me and was really knowledgeable and helpful. It arrived in easy to defrost packages and it smells wonderful; seriously, I could cook it and eat it myself, it smells that good! Humphrey eats it with great relish from the minute I put the bowl down until it’s all gone, and continues to lick the bowl long after it’s finished. I can hear him clanking about in the kitchen! He is hardly ever windy at all - this is such a vast difference and his poos are as they should be – non smelly and quite compact and hard, much easier to pick up and dispose of. Also there are less of them, hoorah! It must be right to have food as nature intended. He also goes mad for the dried liver treats – great for training. And I have just tried him with one of your bones – he has spent hours and hours happily chewing it today which must be doing his teeth a lot of good. He is now worn out, so much so that he is fast asleep snoring on the sofa. So thank you! I recommend this product to everyone, I will use it for evermore. I enclose a photo of Humphrey as a puppy, he has grown into a well built, muscle bound dog with a very shiny coat. Everyone should try it! Yours faithfully, a very satisfied customer

Thank you for sending through our orders of Natural Instinct dog food. Our dogs are both loving their new food and in only a week we are already seeing the benefits. Ellie, our 11 year old rescue Vizsla has always had problems with her teeth. We pay out over £140 every year for her to have a dental as her teeth and gums become very infected - we had tried everything else, including special kibble, cleaning her teeth manually etc, but after only a week of being on Natural Instinct food her teeth are already cleaner and her breath smells better. We are really hoping that this year we won't have to put her through an anaesthetic and dental - all thanks tothe food and bones she is really enjoying. Henry, our 5 month old pointer has had problems with his stomach since we got him - he developed colitis when he was just 2 months old and ever since has had bouts of diarrhoea. In the last week this has completely changed - picking up his 'deposits' is no longer the horrible smelly job it was and we are saving a fortune in poo bags!! He is also 'putting on a bit of weight and filling out' and has a great sheen to his coat. Overall we have been very impressed with Natural Instinct - ordering is easy and the food is delivered the next day, the staff are really helpful and friendly on the phone and happy to give advice on the best type of food and amounts - and most importantly we know we are giving our dogs a completely natural food which they love - the bowls are licked clean every meal. Thank you to everyone at Natural Instinct.

I thought I would tell you my story. We show Australian Shepherds and have been for the last 2 years.. This was our first show dog (Jacanshe Harvest Time) and had little expectations but to our surprise he has excelled in the show ring. However that is where it stops - when it comes to food, that's a different matter.. his appetite would make a supermodel proud! We have tried all the diets possible., from buying prize cuts of meat from the butcher to renowned dog food brands... even precooked chickens from the local supermarkets. He was having none of it. We have spoon fed him, fed him from the hand, everything except intravenous feeding. Our boy Ted has been like it since a puppy, so it has been normal life for us. We then spied your stand at Manchester and asked the usual questions and got the expected answers, of how wonderful your product was etc etc.... so for the sake of a couple of £s we took a packet home. We put the required amount in Ted’s bowl he came over and sniffed it, then turned his head away (his usual response). We took the bowl away and represented it a little while later..... however, this time he ate the lot without drawing breath! In the morning at breakfast time he polished this bowl of in record time as well.... Since this point we now have a dog who looks forward to feeding time and what is pleasing to us is the fact he is now eating a diet that has the right balance in nutrition and is made from natural ingredients. So should I be telling my competitors about a dog food range that is perfect in balance and has a super response delivery time and a knowledgeable team that is happy to discuss all the benefits? I should be saying "hell no". But I think you guys have an incredible product and it is only a matter of time before you become the biggest thing since sliced!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards,
Sheridan & Emma Alder

I have 3 dalmatians; the youngest is 4 yrs, the middle one is 7 yrs and then my 10 yr old, Star. Within a few days of switching them over to your lamb mix they were full of life on walks - judge for yourself when you see the photos of the eldest at full speed running! Also they were satisfied from their meal and sleep like logs after eating. Noticeably there is no doggy breath, and I have already recommended your food to several dog owners. I think what gives it the edge over competitors is the quality of the meat used, the dogs' stools are firmer and there is little smell. I enclose photos of my happy dallies for you to see.

I have owned, bred, shown and judged borzoi for longer than I would like to remember and have strived to produce healthy and happy hounds. Part of this is correct breeding the other part is correct rearing which includes the right diet. Feeding a BARF diet is as close to nature you can feed, and having a breed with very sensitive stomachs, and with one of my hounds suffering a gluten allergy, it is paramount I get the diet absolutely right to ensure health and fitness. I did find chopping fruit and veg mixing it with the meat a tedious and time consuming exercise, so to find a high quality meat product that contains fresh fruit, veg, omega 3 and other natural essentials was a fabulous discovery. Feeding my hounds (8) on this diet (along with raw bones) has proved not only to be time saving but it is also extremely cost effective, costing roughly less than £1.00 per day to feed an adult borzoi. A natural product that keeps my hounds fit and bouncing with health that shines through!

Dear Natural Instinct, Just wanted to say how delighted we are with the Natural Instinct Food. As you know our Leo has been suffering from ear problems on and off for about 4 years and it has been so bad that at one point the vet had suggested radical surgery. Her story is very similar to your own dog's problem. We persisted with a non-surgical option asking the vet if it could be food related and started an exclusion diet for all proteins that she had previously had in her diet. We thought we'd cracked it when we put her on a quality 'hypoallergenic' complete dog food but unfortunately the problem returned at the end of last year. That's when I found your website. We were desperate to find something that would help poor Phoebe as each time the ear infection returned she was in a considerable amount of pain and became quite depressed. I am delighted to report that within a week of starting the new diet all of her symptoms disappeared and she is back to her normal bouncy self. As well as the obvious benefits to her I have peace of mind because you guys have done all the 'science stuff' to provide the right balance of nutrients. All we can say is that it works for us and I have enclosed a photo to show another satisfied customer! Many thanks
Nik, Norlfolk

We have been feeding Natural Instinct to our Weimaraner, Ben, for the pastseveral months. We had fed raw prior to thisbut I was always concerned in case I wasn't getting it right!Whatcan I say? Ben absolutely loves it, he's always loved his food but had never "sung" for it likehe does for this!!He is coming up to 9 years but you would never think it to look at him, he'sso full of energy, sleek and his coat gleams -I know he is getting everything he needs in this food, not only meat of excellent quality, but also fruit, veg and all the nutrients he needs. It's conveniently packaged, it arrives the following day after ordering, in factI congratulate the company on being so super efficient, a rarity these days!
Carol, Dorset

Thank you so much for developing a natural dog food that my dog loves! I have always fed him raw food as I couldn't bear the thought of him eating dried pellets of what goes under the name of dog food! This is so convenient, well packaged and I know he's getting all the nutrients he needs without me worrying if I have got the balance right. I work in a dog related industry and whenever my customers complain of their dogs having itchy skin, digestive disorders or behavioural problems, I never hesitate in recommending they try Natural Instinct. The dog food industry has been crying out for this kind of affordable alternative, so well done you and I will continue to spread the word !
Mary - Barking Mad Home from Home pet care

I wish to tell you how fantastic your Natural Instinct products are! After tryingother well known brands of dog food at last I have found a perfect feeding diet for my Irish Setter Raffles. He has improved in health dramatically since changing his diet to Natural Instinct. Before, his coat was very dry and he had quite a few skin problems. Now his coat is just like wet silk, his skin problems are a thing of the past and his energy levels and allertness have increased a thousand fold. He has no bad dog breath nor tartar on his teeth and as you will see from a recent photograph he is the picture of a dog in excellent health. I put this down to feeding him your products, he loves the food and the proof of the benefits of feeding Raffles Natural Instinct is there for all to see. We receive many comments about Raffles' coat ie,what products do we useon his coat and of course the answer is none - this is all down to his excellent diet. Regards
Lynne, Bedford

I have never seen Huggy so interested in his food, usually he would go outside while I'm getting it ready but no more - now he follows me to his fridge in the garage and won't lose sight of me.He stands waiting wagging his tail waiting for his Natural Instinct and he licks his bowl so clean that you wouldn't think food had been in it. He obviously somuch prefers this food, the quality is EXCELLENT! I think I'm feeding my dog better than some humans eat! It's an amazing food, and I wish I had come across Natural Instinct sooner. Delivery is excellent, the food still frozen when received, and they are very helpful people at the other end of the telephone; what more could we want. Thank you so much Natural Instinct !!! I have a very happy dog !!
Janette, Lincolnshire

I am so pleased with this natural food. Charlie cannot wait to get to his bowl and waits to lick out the packaging. Like the other dogs who have this food, he also does not poo as much! The bones are also much enjoyed. I am not only impressed with the food but with the service received by this company - friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
Margaret, Brixham

Can I say how very impressed I am with your product! It is whatwe careful dog breeders have been crying out for from the dog food industry. A food quiteobviously created by dog lovers, for our pets. I have french bulldogs and one of my girls has a tender tum. Even though I have always fed fresh food, I did have to be very careful from day to day as to what she had so as to avoid an upsettum. I thought the proof in the qualityof your product would be her digestibility ofNatural Instinct meals, and how keen they were to eat at eachmeal. Low andbehold, even Iwas impressed with the standard of production and delivery and above all, the food. It is obvious that the standard youset for the freshness of the meat you source is very high. My dogs have always enjoyed their food but sometimes at their leisure; this isn't the case with their Natural Instinct dinner. Heads in and bowl being chased around the kitchen until they are nearly as clean as when I filled them up! A BIG THANK YOU from me and my dogs and pups of the future, may you go from strength to strength.
Lesley (Abbeymill French Bulldogs)

Natural Instinct is incredible - I’m so pleased to have discovered it. It’s amazingly easy to use and I think really good value for money as well as being super-nutritious and clearly delicious to dogs. Also my King Charles Spaniel ‘Cassius’ was (slightly) on the portly side before we discovered Natural Instinct but after a few weeks on your raw food he has regained his svelte shape again and his coat now looks wonderfully glossy and healthy
Claire Norrish, London

We recently ordered from you for our Labradoodle puppy, who was suffering from severe diarrhoea, itching & bad wind!! & had started to refuse her dried dog food. After speaking to our Vet we decided to put her on BARF, that’s where you came into the picture. She has now been on your food for nearly a week and the results are simply amazing!!! We now have a calm (sometimes) pup who literally asks for her meals.....firm stools, glossy coat and NO wind problems!!! Kindest regards
Sharon, Powys

What a fantastic product!!! My dogs have been BARF fed for the past 12 years, including raising a litter of puppies. Imagine my dismay when my supply of chicken carcass and wings dried up and I was forced to use supermarket chicken. All this has changed on finding Natural Instinct. The dogs love the food and are brimming with health, even Lily who has a very delicate digestion, following a gastric torsion. Their coats are shiney, skin supple, stools small and firm. I now spend my days off work with my dogs rather than preparing their food. Thank you Natural Instinct
Jane Hedges, Satinbaze Flatcoated Retrievers

Wow, your product it fantastic, I have been feeding my labradoodle Colin a BARF diet since he was a puppy, he is now 5 years old, and I'm so glad that you feel as passionate about feeding your dogs as I do. Although I do like making up his meals your product is so convenient and looks and smells wonderful. I have never looked back on feeding the BARF diet. Why? Because like your product it's natural, and the definition of "natural" (in the oxford dictionary) is "Provided by nature, not artificial". I am always spreading the word about feeding a natural diet, now I am spreading the word about your marvellous food, and as you can see by the picture Colin looks good on it. Many Thanks
Sue, Poole

We are absolutely DELIGHTED with Natural Instinct. Having fed both my Miniature Bull Terriers on Tripe previously, we were looking for a raw alternative that contained the carbs too! Molly has been suffering from IBS and I'm so pleased to say that Natural Instinct has made an impact in helping her with this. Both Molly and Ziggy simply LOVE the lamb and chicken. And we're looking forward to trying the lamb mix as our next purchase. Thanks again for a great new alternative!!! This is how dogs should be fed! Attached is a piccie of Molly licking her bowl clean!
Anna, Molly and Zig, London

Just a quick note to say how happy I am with your products. It is so much easier than having to make everything myself from scratch. My girls just love everything I have purchased so far and I have noticed a difference in their coats already with a nice shine developing. However, can you please send a set of ear plugs with my next order as the whining and screaming from them both when they see the packets come out of the fridge is deafening!!
Sheryl, Aberdeenshire

Thanks again for the wonderful product - for such a fussy dog to be eating is great. He has so much more life and everything you said is true, every dog owner should try it
Emma, Brixham

I have owned German Shepherds for the best part of 20 years and they are renowned for having a delicate digestive system. This last dog has been a nightmare to feed. I cannot let him have any food other than his normal dinner without having him suffer with diarrhoea.
However, I was introduced to Natural Instinct and I have to say that he has suffered no problems whatsoever from the first day. He loves the food and it obviously agrees with his delicate stomach. I am so pleased that I have at last found a quality mix which from observation, is doing him the world of good. His coat has improved considerably since he has been on the diet; it has become softer to the touch and very glossy. Even his nose shines!
Mrs J Brock, Devon

I own an 8 year old Labrador who I rescued over a year ago. As we all know, Labradors will eat anything and thrive with few problems. However, I decided to try a raw food diet for him as he does suffer from arthritis and I had heard that it can help with this. He has now been on Natural Instinct for 4 months and he has made great improvements in his mobility. This is mostly noticible at night when he has previously struggled to climb the stairs but seems to have no problems with this now. It is also obvious how much more he looks forward to his meal times and it seems that what I give him now is far more interesting and tasty compared to the dried complete food I had religiously stuck with in the past. The fact that it seems to have reduced the amount of poo I pick up by half means that I am a total convert!!!
Sue, Surrey

I received my 1st order today and I’m so impressed. I’m a catering Manager and your food looks better than what the butcher delivers to us. I have 2 mini Schnauzers and I’ve always cooked them fresh meat and vegetables. My main concern with that kind of diet was whether they would be getting their correct nutrition as I was cooking everything. I didn’t think they would eat the raw food, but I needn’t have worried. They were so desperate to get in the box when I was unpacking it they almost took my hand off. They woofed the meal down so quickly, which is pretty amazing as they normal just pick at the food. It’s a great product and I would strongly recommend it. Many thanks
Gill, Guildford

[One of my dogs] Lucy has a particularly delicate tummy and I have always had to be very careful with what I feed her. She and Pepper are loving their new feeding regime and I can see for myself by what comes out of Lucy that she is doing very well on it. Gone are the 'runs'. I now have deposits that are healthy and pickupable, and that is such a bonus. I am very nearly a vegetarian myself and in fact can be quite squeamish when it comes to dealing with raw meat, but from my point of view the fact that the meat is so obviously good quality and looks and smells so fresh, I have no problems with it at all.I have taken up your suggestion of replacing a meal every so often with one of the bones and that has proved to be a great treat - and makes them work hard for their food. Natural Instinct is a quality product and I am really pleased that I found out about it. Best wishes.
