Christmas & New Year Opening and Shipping Information

Please see below some useful information for the Festive period 

Please be aware, some DPD depots are experiencing unprecedented delays and as a result, we have restricted shipment to these areas. There will be no shipping options on checkout if your delivery address has been affected.

Shipping and Delivery Dates

For delivery before Christmas, we recommend that you place your order the week commencing 12th December. 

Our shipping dates over the festive period are:

UK

• Please order before 1pm on Tuesday 20th December for delivery on Wednesday 21st December, this is the last delivery date before Christmas.
• Please order before 1pm on Saturday 24th December and we will endeavour to deliver your order on Wednesday 28th December or Thursday 29th December.
• Please order before 1pm on Wednesday 28th December and we will endeavour to deliver your order on Thursday 29th December, this is the last delivery date before the New Year.
• We will not be offering a Saturday delivery service on Saturday 24th December or 31st December.

Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Mann 

• Please order before 1pm Monday 19th December for delivery on or before Thursday 22nd December.
• Please order before 1pm Wednesday 28th December for delivery on or before Friday 30th December.

Deliveries return to normal from Tuesday 3rd January 2023, except for deliveries in Scotland as there is a Scottish Bank Holiday.

Customer and Sales Support Opening Hours

Please note when the office is closed, we will not be able to offer the Click & Collect service.
