Having owned pugs for over a decade, my 8.5 yr boy who had been fed Burns Kibble suddenly developed reflux on a daily basis for over a year. After the vet recommending zantac which helped, I knew there must be a better alternative.
After contacting Andrea, she advised NI Special Diet, the changeover was easy, quick and no upset tummies, and am amazed to report the reflux almost stopped instantly.
Louie's coat is so much shinier and softer, he hurries back from his walks ready for his meals, it's gone in seconds and I know he thinks every day is Christmas !
We have also tried Turkey & Tripe, Chicken & Lamb which seems to keep his reflux at bay, however the salmon set him off so maybe too oily for him.
Thanks NI for such a fantastic product, excellent customer service and first class delivery (although a bit expensive).

My pupster, a Bichon had been back and forward to the vets for 18months. She had put on a lot of weight, we weren't sure how as she is walked at least 1hr/1hr 30 every day and on a weekend a good 8-12mile walk, the only treats she had was chicken! She then had crystals in her water, after steroids, antibiotics and full fat food to rid the crystals she would be ok then 2 weeks later they would return. The vets kept changing her food to no help.
I came across NI and thought I'd give it a go. 5 month later there have been no crystals, she has lost 1.1kg so far, her coat is so thick and soft, she has way more energy and her tear stains have got much better.
I couldn't recommend NI highly enough neither could Hollie.

As the title says, this food has truly saved my 15 Year old Bichons life. He was gradually fading away from us due to really bad tummy problems and other age related health issues. He was being sick and having really loose poos due to suffering from IBD. He was on lots of different medications including steroids, none of which were helping. I'd done lots of research desperately trying to find something low in fat after trying every food different prescription diet from the vets which made him even worse. I then came across NI and went for the Special Diet. After gradually introducing NI over a couple of weeks I had him fully on the new food. He has now been on it for about 3 months and I cannot believe how ill he must have felt, as I now have a happy very lively 15 yr old puppy! He hardly sleeps now and wants to run and go for walks! his off all the medication for his tummy too. Friends and family cannot believe the difference in him. I also started my cats on the cat diets and they now have the most amazing coats. I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at NI for saving my babies life.

... to a dog that is sick with pancreatitis. I am so glad that I refused the prescription diet food recommended by our vet, and even more pleased that I found this food! Because now our dog eats every morsel, has not had an 'attack' since starting this food, and is now beginning to recover. The delivery arrives when they say it will, I can't think of a use for the polystyrene boxes (yet), and the quality of the food is excellent, To me, the next best thing to doing it myself!

I have always used Natural Instinct. However, my flat coated retriever developed pancreatitis and after numerous recurrences I moved her onto the special diet, I was feeding her the high fat ones, which obviously aren’t ideal for this condition. The vet told me to move her onto Science plan, which we did for a couple of months but it didn’t seem to work and the condition persisted. Against their advice I moved her onto the special diet food and she’s been perfect ever since and back to her bouncy happy self.

I bought this really wonderful food for my 11 year old arthritic Patterdale terrier who has also suffered from health problems as a result of years on anti-inflamatory medication. He'd never had a natural raw diet before but was fed on the most expensive Hills prescription j/d food with little effect. In just a few days he'd stopped his constant pooping and is now easy to clean up after (an added bonus) From being a dog that couldn't tolerate most food stuffs he now also eats his brother's Chicken diet too and loves the wing tips. He's lost all the flakiness in his fur, has a fabulous gloss to his coat, tons of energy and a real spring in his step, which helps him enjoy the company of his 18 month old brother so much more. He used to eat grass frantically every day which ultimately made him sick and this has just stopped as soon totally. After just a few weeks I have my happy, bouncy, shiny Archie back again and even his vet was so impressed that he's been taken of all his medication. It's never too late to make the change and for an older dog it has made a world of difference. A marvelous food that is so much more than just delicious~ Thankyou very much Natural Instinct

This food has been great for Millie. She has an inflamed eusophagus because of allergies to food as she regurgitates but been great on this food, the help from natural instinct is fab, never known a company to be so helpful.
Moving over to the puppy food as Millie needs to put on weight even though about four or five years old. Hopefully she will be just as good with this.

My 14 year old Shih Tzu goes potty for this recipe,he has a sensitive tummy due to his arthritis tablets & his motions are just perfect now I have found the food he can tolerate. His young Japanese Spitz friend, who was getting a little overweight,I found that this suits him perfectly & he also goes potty for it.

This is ideal for my Standard Poodle who, following a bout of pancreatitis, needs to have a low fat diet. Such a bonus that he loves it too!

My golden ret loves this product and I'm glad to say at long last we've found a food that he actually looks forward to eating. He suffers with colitis and ibs but have seen a big difference in his personality and digestion. Thankyou all at N Instinct for your excellent products and service.
