We Had Great Fun At The National Pet Show 2017!

By Natural Instinct 1 years ago 1888 Views

On the 4th and 5th November our team were excited to travel to Birmingham to exhibit at the National Pet Show, held at the Birmingham NEC. The team may be exhausted now, but great fun was certainly had by all!

This was a fun and engaging weekend with lots of gorgeous animals on show! It was lovely seeing our long standing customers and Natural Instinct friends, but also meeting new raw feeding fur babies and educating their owners on the benefits of feeding raw.

This year we gave away yummy samples, which were extremely successful! As always, our goodie bags were snapped up, our hamper deals were popular and the children’s colouring competition was inundated with children trying to get hold of the Build a Bear puppy prize! We also had the amazing Britain’s Got Talents, Lucy and Trip Hazard, with us on stand for a meet and greet session which was an absolute hit! Trip Hazard was so well behaved doing tricks for all the children and taking lots of selfies too! Our Customer Support Team Member, Louanne, even had Trip Hazard on her back!

It was great fun sponsoring the Dog Activity Ring this year! Our stand was located directly opposite the ring, so we had an entertaining time watching the different activities take place. There was a fantastic Flyball routine, a K9 Fun Dog Display, an amazing game of Temptation Alley, a great Zombie Dog Display and our favourite of all, the Miniature Horse Display! The crowds around the ring were constant, so we are proud to have supported such a fantastic and eventful ring!

Our Marketing Assistant, Emma Cooper says;

“The National Pet Show 2017 was certainly a successful two days for us and our stand was as popular as ever! We really enjoyed meeting customers old and new and their gorgeous dogs too! We had great fun on stand and were lucky to be constantly entertained by our sponsored Dog Activity Ring directly opposite!”

We would like to say a massive thank you to Mark Doggett from Enviro-Dogs (link to here and his gorgeous working doggies Jess the Spaniel and Meg the Collie for joining us on stand. Jess and Meg help Mark and the Enviro-Dogs team find dry rot in buildings. Finding dry rot early is key to reducing damage and saving on the cost of repairs. How awesome is that! They were both so well behaved on stand, we think our yummy Beef Jerky and Chicken Heart treats might have helped here!

Thank you once again to all of our amazing customers for coming to visit us, we had so much fun!
