Natural Instinct: COVID-19 Update
In this period of uncertainty, we want to reassure all our customers that we are doing all we can to ensure we remain fully operational and able to continue to supply you with our products.
We always have had strict hygiene procedures in place but given the current situation have implemented further internal procedures that all staff are following.
We are in constant discussions with our suppliers and courier service.
Our suppliers, like us, have put in place measures to ensure they are able to continue to supply and our couriers are doing all they can to ensure there are no disruptions to deliveries. However, we are sure you will appreciate, some matters will be outside ours and their control.
We have seen a huge increase in orders this week so please do bear with us. We will get these packed and shipped as soon as possible. We would ask that you please purchase what you need and do not stock pile, this way we can ensure there is enough food for all your dogs and cats.
