What size freezers do you sell?
We currently offer a variety of shapes and sizes from a 2ft chest freezer to a stylish double door glass fronted upright display freezer.

What happens about delivery of the freezer?
We will confirm the delivery date for your new freezer which will normally be on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We strongly recommend that you plug the freezer in as soon as possible and allow it to sit for 24 hours to ensure it is in full working order.
Once you are happy the freezer is running as it should, then call us to arrange for the delivery of your free stock!
Does the freezer come with any warranties?
All of the freezers come with a 2 year parts warranty and 1 year labour warranty.
If you have any issues with the freezer during the warranty period please call the supplier on 01332 850090 and ask for the Service Department, quoting the serial number which you will normally find on the back of the freezer.
After the warranty periods expire, you will be responsible for the freezer maintenance and repair.
Is there anything else I should know about the freezer?
We would advise you to add the freezer to your insurance.
If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of the unit after it has been despatched there will be an aborted delivery charge to pay.
We ask that only Natural Instinct products are stored in the freezer.
