If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Natural Instinct product, please notify us within 48 hours by sending us a message from your online account area or by email (info@naturalinstinct.com) quoting the batch number on the packet, and return the unopened packet for a full refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Any costs incurred by you in returning the product are non-refundable.
Before submitting your order, please ensure that your name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct, as we cannot be responsible for any errors, which may result in the late delivery of your product.Deliveries can only be made whilst stocks are available, and cannot be made on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.
Deliveries are only to the mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).
In the very rare case that your chosen product is not available we reserve the right to cancel your order and will offer you an alternative of equal value at our discretion, or a refund if you wish.If an order is received by 2.30pm during Monday to Thursday, we will usually aim to deliver it over night. Orders received on a Friday, during a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
