Where We Ship To

If you order online, we can only ship to mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).

If you live in the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Ireland, we can ship to you, but you will have to call us on 01276 608500 for a quote. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm.

Shipping Charges

• 5-10 kilos = £6.50
• 11-20 kilos = £9.00
• 21-30 kilos = £11.00
• 31-39 kilos = £13.50
• 40-79 kilos FREE SHIPPING

If you are interested in ordering 80+kg of our foods (made up of any of our prepared products) please contact us for special bulk prices.  Please be aware however that carriage will be charged for orders in excess of 80kg.

When Will My Order Arrive?

As soon as your order is made, it is frozen and sealed to ensure maximum freshness and product life. It is then immediately packaged in expanded polystyrene (EPS) boxes to keep it frozen as long as possible whilst being delivered.

It will be shipped to you (overnight for 90% of the UK), direct to an address of your choice, ready to be put in the freezer for use as required. We can only deliver Tuesday to Friday, and orders received on a Friday, over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will usually be dispatched on the next working day.  Orders received by 2.30pm will be processed for delivery on the next working day (Tuesday to Friday)where ever possible.

We cannot guarantee a time of delivery, but orders can be received any time between 8am and 6pm Tuesday to Friday.

However, should you require delivery pre-noon, (Tuesday to Friday) we are able to offer this for the small additional sum of £2.40 per order.  Please therefore select this option at checkout, or request pre-noon delivery when placing your order on the telephone.

Delivery dates

Where we require you to provide a delivery date for a product (for example if it is out of stock at the time of ordering), we will usually ship your entire order for delivery on your chosen date.  If your require the balance of your order next day, as per our usual delivery system, please let us know and we will be happy to split your order as required, provided our minimum order weight of 5kg is met.

Our Packaging

We at Natural Instinct are as committed to helping our planet as we are to ensuring the long, happy and healthy lives of our dogs, and that's why where ever possible we encourage the recycling of our packaging.

Our expanded polystyrene (EPS) boxes are environmentally friendly, in that they do not contain CFC or HCHC gases that are harmful to the ozone layer.

EPS is fully recyclable, and is neither noxious or in any way a risk to health.

As an alternative to recycling, why not reuse our boxes? They make great containers for gardening, for perhaps plantings seeds (the soil is kept warm during the cold winters by the polystyrene) or even growing next year's crop of tomatoes. You could even donate the boxes to your local school to be used in art class, for science projects or even set-building in drama!

Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled materials, and can be easily recycled or reused.
